Cakes are
always favourite of all. It doesn't matter whether you are foodie person or not
but you can't say no to cake at any cost. Everyone has its own taste and choice
of eating varied flavor of cakes. Usually people love to eat cheesecakes, some
people like cream cake and few of them like simple or plain cakes. There is one
cake which is delicious as well as healthy in its own way and that is White
Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake. This is one of the most popular cheesecakes as
it is considered as first choice for some very special occasion or events such
as parties, birthdays and many more. It is not just tasty but also healthy due
to its nutritious ingredients for e.g.: use of white chocolate and raspberry.
Note: Try to use
less butter and more raspberries to make cake more healthy and nutritious.
White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake
Ingredients
White sugar: 5
tablespoons
Vanilla
extract: 1 teaspoon
Water: ½ cup
Crumbs of
chocolate cookie: 1 cup
Eggs: 3
Cornstarch: 2
teaspoons
Frozen
raspberries: 1 (10 ounce)
Softened cream
cheese: 3 (8 ounce)
White sugar: ½
cup
Half and half
cream: ½ cup
Melted butter:
¼ cup
White
chocolate chips: 2 cups
Directions
1. First of all, take a bowl. Bowl needs to be
medium in size. Mix some ingredients such as melted butter, sugar 3 tablespoons
and cookies crumbs altogether well. You need to start pressing the whole
mixture from top with help of spring form pan.
2. Now take a saucepan and combine water, with
sugar 2 tablespoons and raspberries. Bring altogether the mixture to boil and
wait for more five minutes for complete boiling or till your sauce becomes
quite thick. Strain it with help of mesh strainer for removing all the seeds.
3. Preheat your oven at almost 325 degree F. Now
take a pan and fill it with water. Put it on heat and then take a small bowl
which can perfectly fit on that pan. In bowl, you need to add white chocolate
chips and put them on pan for melting. You need to melt the chocolate until it
becomes smooth.

4. Now you need to take another bowl which is
quite large in size and mix sugar ½ cup along with cream cheese until it
becomes smooth. Simultaneously you need to beat all eggs and mix them in well melted
white chocolate and vanilla flavor. Now pour half batter over to the crust. Put
tasty of 3 tablespoon raspberry sauce over to ready batter. Then pour all the
remaining batter of cheesecake into the same pan and then apply 3 tablespoon of
raspberry sauce on top of it. Now you need to carefully swirl the whole batter
carefully by using knife tip to create an amazing marbled effect on the cake.
5. You need to bake the cake for almost one hour
or till the whole filling is properly set on it. You can also cover with the
plastic wrapping sheet and then put it in refrigerator for almost 8 hours
maximum so that batter can be removed from the pan easily. You can also serve
this cake with all the remaining sauce of raspberry for more taste.
