to Make the Carrot Cake – Recipe
Ingredients:
Cake:
Grated carrots – 2 large cups
All-purpose flour – 10 ounces
Baking powder – 2 teaspoons
Cinnamon powder – ½ teaspoon
Softened butter – 6 tablespoons
Eggs – 3 large
Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
Cooking oil – 1 ½ cup
Frosting:
Cream cheese – 8 ounces
Salted butter
Powdered sugar – 16 ounces
Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
Preparation:

Preheat your oven at 350
degrees.

Combine the dry ingredients
such as the flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder in a mixing bowl. Add the
carrots and toss it all to combine well. You may also add a quarter teaspoon of
salt to this mixture.

In another bowl, place the
granulated sugar and add butter to it. Beat it while adding the eggs. Add the
vanilla extract and oil, keep whisking. To this mixture, add the flour and
carrot mix. Make a nice batter and spread it over your baking tray. Coat the
tray with cooking spray. Bake the cake for 28 minutes or until you know it is
done. You can check this by poking a wooden toothpick in the cake; if it comes
out clean, your cake is done.

frosting.
